How do I.....
Wash my face with oil
If you are not familiar with washing your face with oil then follow these steps...........your skin will love you for it.
Step1:
While bathing or showering use warm water to rinse your face (yip - you will look pretty ridiculous, mascara smudges and all). The warm water should soften and dissolve most of the make-up.
Step 2:
Pour a little bit of oil into your hands. Warm the oil by gently rubbing it between the palms of your hands, then lightly massage your face with the oil to lift all impurities and make-up without stripping your skin's natural protective barrier.
Step 3:
Use a soft facecloth/flannel, dip it in warm water, and very gently wipe your face clean. You can repeat this until all make-up residue has been removed - avoid excessive rubbing or scrubbing.
Step 4:
Touch your skin and enjoy the softness (no more tight and sensitive skin). Follow these steps evenings and the mornings.

Use the oil as a moisturiser
This depends very much on your personal preferences.
As a night treatment oil:
Warm 1-3 drops of oil in your hands and gently massage into the skin of your face. Don't worry about greasiness, as the oil will be absorbed by your skin within a couple of minutes;
Warm the oil in your hands and massage the oil into the skin on your entire body;
If you prefer something more creamy then combine some of the oil with a fragrance free lotion or acqueous cream (do not use lotions and acqueous cream on your face);
Before going to bed use a few drops of oil to massage your hands and breathe in the healing soothing scent of rose before you drift off to sleep.
As a day-time moisturiser:
If your skin is very oily, then try and experiment using the oil on dry patches only (eg eye area), the oil does absorb very fast, but it is all about personal preferences;
Most women with dry or extremely dehydrated skin love using the oil as a day-time moisturising treatment;
Warm 1-3 drops of oil in your hands and gently massage into the skin of your face. Don't worry about greasiness, as the oil will be absorbed by your skin within a couple of minutes;
Warm the oil in your hands and massage the oil into the skin on your entire body;

As an after-sun healing balm:
This oil has wonderful healing and restorative properties to heal the skin after excessive sun exposure. Warm 1-3 drops of oil in your hands and gently massage into the skin of your face.
This oil is safe for use on sensitive children.s skin as all ingredients are 100% natural.
Even men will benefit from using the oil if they have spent extensive hours at sporting events or working out in the open.
Use the oil as a hair treatment
Massage the oil into your scalp and hair and leave on for at least 1-3 hours or even overnight. Cover your hair for the duration of the treatment as the extra warmth will greatly enhance the benefits of the hair treatment.
Simply wash your hair with your normal shampoo and follow with your usual conditioner.
If possible, try to let your hair dry naturally.
Use the oil for massage treatments
Simply pour a couple of drops into the palms of your hands, warm it slightly and start massaging. The gentle caresses and the heavenly scent will relax your senses and will allow your body to simply drift off........and rest in Him.
Use the oil for relaxation
Pour a few drops of the oil into your bath water, light up some candles, close the door and relax - the calming rose fragrance will cause all your senses to naturally slow down - just breathe and give yourself time to be.
Two-three drops can be poured into an oil burner - let the fragrance fill all the empty spaces with calmness, stillness and a peace that surpasses all understanding.
“I believe we need to fast from excessive consumption, busyness, noise, and chaos.....simplify life, be more content and give ourselves abundant space to breathe, to listen, and to simply..........BE YOU.”
